Use the following online forms to check in your MECA® Work Sample Kits. Fill out a form for every Work Sample Kit you have purchased. If you have purchased multiple kits of the same work sample, fill out the same form as many times as you need. For example, if you order QTY 3 Automotive Kits, fill out the Automotive form 3 times.
