Exchanges and Returns Policy

General Returns Policy

At Conover Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following outlines our exchanges & returns policy:

Physical Products

  • All physical merchandise may be returned with prior authorization from our customer service team.
  • To initiate a return, please contact customer service at 800-933-1933 or sales@conovercompany.com.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging materials and accessories.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship your items back.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Digital Products, Credits, and Subscriptions

  • Conover Online credits and subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Digital downloads cannot be returned once access has been granted.
  • Subscription services may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for current billing periods.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item rather than return it:

  • Contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization.
  • The same condition requirements apply as with returns.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide photos of the damaged items when possible.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
