The Anger Management program uses an assessment and skill building to develop a positive alternative to anger and prevent violence which is often the event resulting from an inability to control an overwhelming sense of anger. This program helps individuals to develop a healthy personality and avoid destructive behaviors.

How does it work?

Skill Building Units

Users learn how to improve their skills via skill building units and then are assessed on their understanding. Skill building units include:

  • Interpersonal assertion

  • Empathy

  • Stress management

Measure Understanding

Once a user completes a skill building unit and assessment, a report is created to show how well they understand what they learned.
